Blueprint for Change: Teachings of Bashar (Part 4/4)

bashar

As we arrive at the final part of our series (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3), we deepen our exploration of Bashar’s teachings on transformation, alignment with one’s true purpose, and the power of beliefs.

This last set of insights focuses on the role of excitement as a guiding force, the nature of abundance, and the profound impact of imagination and beliefs on shaping reality.

Bashar reminds us that everything we experience in life is a reflection of our internal state, and by consciously choosing our beliefs and actions, we can create a life of fulfillment, abundance, and joy.

Let’s dive into these final ten insights that round out Bashar’s powerful message of self-realization and mastery over our reality.

The Body Exists Within Your Consciousness

You have been taught to believe that consciousness exists in the body. It doesn’t. The body exists within your consciousness. There is a vast difference in the realization of those two definitions, and the idea, therefore, is very unlimiting, very expansive. For you can recognize that what you think of as your body is but one focal point within the combined idea of the consciousness you are, out of which is created all the physical reality you experience. You have much more mobility, because you can diversify your focus, disperse your point of view, broaden and expand the way you look at yourself – the way you look through yourself, the way you look through the idea of yourself that is expressed in bodily terms. Thus, it is important to remember that the body is immersed in the collective consciousness that you are.

Bashar radically shifts the conventional understanding of consciousness by explaining that it does not reside in the body but rather the body exists within consciousness.

This expansive perspective challenges our physical identity, suggesting that the body is merely one focal point of our larger consciousness.

Recognizing this opens up the possibility for greater flexibility in how we perceive ourselves and our reality.

When we understand that the body is immersed in our collective consciousness, we unlock the ability to broaden our focus and embrace a more fluid, expansive way of being.

This encourages us to see beyond the physical and tap into the infinite potential of the spiritual essence of who we are.

Your Fundamental Purpose is to Be You

Your fundamental purpose is to be the person you have designed yourself to be. It is no more complex than that. It is to do what excites you the most and to be of service by doing so; to be the fullest you, you can be, because you will never be this you again.

Bashar simplifies the idea of purpose: it is to fully embody the person you were designed to be, and to live authentically in alignment with your excitement.

This life, this version of “you,” is unique and will never exist again in exactly the same way, so the key to fulfillment is to live as fully as possible as your truest self.

By following your excitement and being of service through it, you are fulfilling your purpose.

This reminds us to embrace our individuality and to honor the uniqueness of our existence.

Excitement is the Signal of Alignment

The things that come with excitement are the answers, are the signals, are the signposts; that’s what excitement is. It’s tapping you squarely on the shoulder, saying, “This is what you want to be doing right now.” The reason it excites you is because it is aligned with the idea of who you are; that’s what excitement is.

Bashar describes excitement as a signal that guides us toward alignment with our true selves.

When something excites us, it is a clear indication that this path is in resonance with who we are.

Excitement serves as a form of inner guidance, directing us toward the actions and choices that are most in tune with our authentic purpose.

This encourages us to follow what excites us, knowing that it is a signpost pointing us toward fulfillment and self-expression.

Abundance is More Than Money

Understand that abundance is more than just money. Money on your planet is one of the valid ways to represent abundance, but it is not the only tool, and is not always the shortest and quickest route. Abundance will always express itself along the path of least resistance, just like electricity. When you broaden your definition of what you think abundance is, then you will allow all the different ways it could come to you, to come to you. And now let us add one more definition. Abundance: the ability to do what you need and want to do when you want to do it. Period!

Bashar expands the definition of abundance beyond money, framing it as the ability to fulfill your desires and needs when you need or want to.

While money is one form of abundance, it is not the only route to living a fulfilling life.

True abundance comes from aligning with the flow of life and allowing various forms of support—financial, emotional, or otherwise—to manifest through the path of least resistance.

By broadening our definition of abundance, we open ourselves to receiving it in myriad ways.

Doubt is a Form of Trust

You have all always trusted 100% in something. What your society calls doubt is not a lack of trust. It is an absolute unshakable, unswerving 100% total conviction in a negative reality. You always use trust 100%. It’s just a matter of whether you trust in something you don’t prefer, or trust in something you do prefer.

Bashar reframes doubt, explaining that it is not the absence of trust but rather trust placed in a negative outcome.

We always trust 100% in something, whether it is positive or negative; it’s just a matter of where we direct that trust.

This challenges us to examine where we place our trust and encourages us to consciously redirect it toward outcomes that align with our desires.

When we trust in positive possibilities, we empower ourselves to create the reality we prefer.

Allow Where You Are to Be All Right

As soon as you allow where you are to be all right you will be able to get where you want to be much faster. When you are always where you want to be, you are living in the now. If you let wherever you are be where you want to be, you will live in the moment. And then everything will be able to find you.

Bashar teaches that acceptance of your current circumstances is the key to moving forward.

When you resist or judge where you are, you create tension that slows down the process of growth and change.

By allowing your present situation to be “all right,” you align with the flow of life and create space for progress.

This encourages us to live fully in the moment, appreciating the present as a necessary step in our journey. Acceptance accelerates transformation.

Imagination is the Blueprint for Reality

Your imagination is the template, the blueprint. If you conjure up in your imagination an image – a vision of how you prefer to be – then take whatever situation is going on in your life, hand it to the you you have conjured up who is representative of the excited person you would prefer to be, and watch how the you in your imagination handles the situation you have given to it. Then copy it. You will get the effect that it gets in its excited state of handling all things in that excited way. That’s what your imagination is for: to copy. It gives you the picture, the blueprint, the path, the methodology, the ritual, whatever will work best for you. Create an image and mimic the image. Then you will be that person, and you will have that life style automatically.

Bashar highlights the power of imagination as a tool for transformation.

Imagination provides the blueprint for the reality you want to create, allowing you to visualize and embody the person you desire to be.

By mentally rehearsing the actions and responses of your ideal self, you pave the way for that reality to manifest.

This invites us to use our imagination consciously, not as a means of escape but as a practical tool for shaping our lives.

What we visualize with intention becomes our lived experience.

Feelings are Reactions to Beliefs

Feelings are a reaction to a belief; they are secondary to beliefs. Feelings are not the primary experience of reality; beliefs are the primary interface. First you believe something is true; then you get the feeling; then you have the reinforcing thoughts – which may re-reinforce the belief; and then you regenerate more of the same feelings.

Bashar explains that feelings are secondary to beliefs; they are the result of what we believe to be true.

This encourages us to examine our beliefs, as they are the primary drivers of our emotions.

If we want to change how we feel, we must first change the underlying beliefs that generate those feelings.

Understanding the relationship between beliefs and feelings empowers us to shift our emotional states by altering the beliefs that no longer serve us.

The Inner Creates the Outer

As you believe in, so do you see out. As you sow, so you reap. That’s what that means. The seeds you plant within yourself are what you see growing in the garden around you. If you do not like the flowers you see growing, then change your order of seed. Plant something different, and then something new will grow. The inner is the outer. If the outer is not the way you prefer it to be, change the inner and the outer will follow.

Bashar emphasizes that our external reality is a direct reflection of our inner beliefs.

The conditions we experience in the outer world are a result of the “seeds” we have planted within ourselves.

If we are unhappy with the external results, we must go within and change our internal beliefs and thought patterns.

By shifting our inner state, we inevitably change the outer circumstances of our lives, demonstrating that the inner and outer worlds are intrinsically connected.

Do What Excites You with Integrity

Do what excites you the most, in the way it excites you the most to do it, with integrity, and you will always be being of service. Remember, the things you are exploring now; the things you are learning now, will be some of the information you may impart to other individuals who wish to do the same thing later. So pay attention to what you are going through; you can use all of it in a positive way… Relax. Laugh a little more about the idea you are going through. And if you feel the anxiety, that’s all right. Remember: anxiety is the same energy as excitement, with judgment placed upon it. That’s all it is. Relax the judgment, and you will let go of the anxiety. It will turn into excitement and laughter, and you will giggle your way through life.

Bashar encourages us to follow our excitement while maintaining integrity in our actions.

Excitement, when pursued with honesty and alignment, serves as a guide to living a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Bashar also explains that anxiety is the same energy as excitement but with judgment placed upon it.

By releasing judgment, we can transform anxiety into excitement and approach life with a sense of ease and joy.

This reminds us to relax, laugh more, and embrace life’s journey with curiosity and excitement.

As we conclude this four-part series on Bashar’s Blueprint for Change, we are reminded that our inner state is the foundation of our outer reality.

By aligning with excitement, embracing abundance in all forms, and using imagination as a powerful tool for transformation, we can create a life that reflects our highest desires.

Bashar’s teachings offer a profound understanding of how beliefs shape our experiences and empower us to live fully in the present moment, trusting in the natural flow of life.

We are the creators of our reality, and by embracing this truth, we unlock the potential for infinite possibilities, joy, and fulfillment in our lives.

To your awesomeness!
