Blueprint for Change: Teachings of Bashar (Part 3/4)

who is bashar

As we journey deeper into Bashar’s teachings (Part 1 and Part 2), the recurring theme is personal empowerment, self-awareness, and conscious creation.

In this third part of our blog series, we explore the relationship between inner transformation and external reality, the power of unconditional self-love, and how synchronicity shapes our lives.

Bashar challenges us to see life as a series of neutral circumstances that take on meaning based on the definitions we give them.

The insights presented here emphasize our role as creators of our own reality and the limitless potential we unlock when we live from a place of alignment, integrity, and joy.

Be the Change You Want to See

If you wish to see anything in your world change, change yourself! Then the other changes. Then you will be being a representative example to everyone else of what kind of unconditionally loving being they can also be – by allowing them to see the example you are setting, regardless of what they are choosing. If you are buying into their reality, and becoming frustrated and hateful and so on, because they are choosing to be frustrated and hateful and so on, you are only reinforcing the reality they are already living. You are not giving them an example; you are not giving them a chance to see any other way.

Bashar emphasizes that the most effective way to create change in the world is to first change yourself.

By embodying the qualities of unconditional love, peace, and positivity, you set an example for others.

This reminds us not to get caught up in the negativity or frustrations of others but instead to focus on being the change we want to see.

When you live in alignment with your highest values, you inspire others to do the same, showing them that there is another way to be.

Transformation starts with you, and your inner shift ripples outward to affect the collective.

Trust and Be the Example

Trust. Be the life you wish to be. Act as if you are that way. We are not suggesting you ignore the fact that other people are choosing to suffer. But the way to assist them best is to first and foremost be the being that at least shows them there is another way to be. Otherwise they cannot see an example of how they could also choose to be . . . loving to themselves.

Here, Bashar encourages us to act as though we are already the person we aspire to be, regardless of external circumstances.

Trusting in this process allows us to serve as examples to others, demonstrating a different way of being without judgment or force.

The most powerful way to help others is by embodying the qualities you want to see in the world.

In doing so, you offer a living example of self-love and integrity, making it easier for others to follow suit.

Trust in your ability to influence change simply by being who you truly are.

Happiness is a Choice

Be happy. Remember cause and effect are the same event. You don’t have to wait for a reason to be happy in order to know you prefer to be happy. Create the effect of being happy, and you will attract into your lives all of the causes to support the happiness you have created . . . just because you want to. And just because you say so. Because you are the creators of your reality, there doesn’t need to be any other why or how. What you say goes!

Bashar teaches that happiness is not something you wait for—it is a choice you make in the present.

You don’t need external reasons to justify your happiness; instead, you create the effect of being happy simply because you prefer it.

When you choose to be happy, you attract circumstances that support your happiness.

This emphasizes the power of your own choices and beliefs in shaping your emotional reality.

Happiness comes from within, and the external world will mirror back the joy you’ve created.

All Circumstances Are Neutral

All circumstances are neutral. The meaning you choose to believe; the meaning you choose to create in life, about your life, is what generates the particular types of circumstances you experience. Therefore, allow yourselves to know you are the definers, ultimately, of the life you experience. And as you define it, as you give it meaning, your life takes on only – and can only take on the coloration, the characteristics, the flavors and the atmospheres of the meaning you decide your life will have.

According to Bashar, the circumstances we encounter are fundamentally neutral and have no inherent meaning until we assign meaning to them.

This insight is transformative because it gives us full control over how we experience life.

By consciously choosing positive interpretations, we can shape a reality that reflects our highest desires.

The power to define our reality lies in our ability to assign meaning to the events and situations we experience, making us the true architects of our lives.

This reinforces the idea that we are the creators of our reality through the beliefs and meanings we hold.

Love Yourself Unconditionally

If you do not allow yourselves to love yourselves unconditionally, then you do not know who you are, and you do not have something to stand up for, something to reflect back to everyone else so that they can see in you the shining example of what they can also be in their own way.

Unconditional self-love is at the core of Bashar’s teachings.

If you do not love yourself fully, you cannot truly know or express your authentic self.

This reminds us that self-love is foundational to everything else in our lives—it gives us something to stand for and reflect back to the world.

Without it, we cannot serve as examples to others, nor can we live in alignment with our highest potential.

Loving yourself unconditionally is an act of recognizing your divine essence, and it empowers you to be a beacon of light for others.

Synchronicity is Life in Flow

Act upon the opportunity that your conscious recognition of everything as synchronicity brings you – with integrity. Act upon all opportunities synchronicity brings you; that is all you have to do. One: recognize that everything is synchronicity. Two: act upon it with integrity. Those two ideas are all you need to do, to create the life you desire. That is it. Period. That is all there is to physical reality: everything is synchronicity; act like it. That is all that is needed to be in complete harmonic resonance with your conscious understanding of All That Is, as it expresses itself as physical reality.

Bashar reveals that synchronicity is not random; it is a natural part of the flow of life.

When you recognize everything as synchronicity and act upon it with integrity, you align with the natural rhythm of the Universe.

This simplifies the process of creating your desired life: by paying attention to synchronicities and responding to them authentically, you allow life to unfold effortlessly.

Everything in physical reality operates according to this principle of synchronicity, and acting in harmony with it leads to a life of ease and fulfillment.

Follow Your Excitement

If you simply move upon whatever you can move upon, the things that excite you and feel correct, all the circumstances that have occurred in your life will fall into place and make sense. And in retrospect you will understand what they meant.

Bashar encourages us to follow our excitement, as it is a guiding force that leads us to our highest path.

When you pursue what excites and inspires you, life begins to align in ways that make sense, and the pieces of your journey naturally fall into place.

This teaches us that excitement is a compass for living a life of purpose and fulfillment.

By trusting and acting on what excites us, we allow synchronicity to guide us toward the outcomes that are most aligned with our true selves.

Synchronicity Reflects Your Beliefs

Realize that the idea of coincidence and synchronicity is when you allow yourselves to recognize that life always works when you let it. That everything you attract into your lives is the product of what you believe your lives to be; that you can only attract the vibration you are equal to; and thus synchronicity, whether it is manifested positively or negatively in your lives, can only be a reflection of what you believe your reality to be.

Synchronicity, according to Bashar, is a reflection of your beliefs.

Whatever you believe about yourself and your reality is mirrored back to you through synchronicities—whether positive or negative.

This encourages us to pay attention to the synchronicities in our lives as they reveal what we believe about ourselves.

By shifting our beliefs, we can shift the nature of the synchronicities we experience, aligning them with our desires.

When we allow life to flow, it works effortlessly, always in harmony with our inner state.

Your Brain is Wired by Beliefs

When you scientifically delve into the brain to understand your mentality, to understand your consciousness, recognize that your brains are wired according to your beliefs. And when you study the brain, you study it with your brain. So do be aware, therefore, that a brain cannot study a brain objectively, for it will only see what it is wired to see. Your reality exists in total. What you see of All That Is is only what you are wired to see. Thus, only by changing the idea of yourselves will you allow yourselves to rewire your brains in ways that will allow you to perceive the reality existing all around you.

Bashar explains that our brains are not objective; they are wired according to our beliefs.

This means that when we study reality, we are only able to perceive what we are conditioned to believe is true.

To expand our perception of reality, we must first change our beliefs, which in turn rewires our brains.

This insight highlights the importance of expanding our beliefs and challenging our assumptions, as doing so allows us to experience more of the reality that already exists around us.

You Create the Past from the Present

You create the past from the present, and not the other way around; the present is the only experiential time in which you ever exist. Any time you look at yourselves, it is always now; and it always will be now. It may be a different manifestation of now, but it will always be now. Therefore, you are creating from now any idea of the so-called past; you are creating from now any idea of the so-called future. It can be anything you desire it to be.

Bashar offers a profound rethinking of time, suggesting that the past and future are created from the present moment.

The present is the only time that truly exists, and from this moment, we define our perceptions of both the past and the future.

This empowers us to reshape our experiences by focusing on the now, as the present moment contains the potential to transform how we perceive both our history and our future.

The key to mastering time and reality lies in the choices we make in the present.

By living in alignment with our true selves and embracing the synchronicities that guide us, we can create a life of fulfillment, happiness, and harmony.
