Oh wait, we’re not alone… we’ve got another one here from another planet!!! Not just one actually, they’re a group of 8 intergalactic beings from Macelonix galaxy (photographed by the Hubble telescope and identified as MACS J0416.1-2403), a galaxy 3.6 billion light-years from Earth. Win-Win Solution
There is an awareness of self that we have developed through much study and practice, which has transformed the way we handle crisis and disagreements.
True unconditional love occurs when the heart is aligned with the soul, and true self-love is not contingent upon our successes or failures, our appearance, or our ability to attract others.
What paved the way for the breakthroughs in planet Brahoshka? Self-awareness.
It’s the awareness that the true nature of their self is one of unconditional love and not of judgment. It dissolves their need to be right, or the need to be the one with the correct and only truth.
This awareness also made them realize the nature of connection between all beings, resolving conflicts in relationships because there’s no more need to prove anyone is right or wrong.
When love is the basis of all decisions and actions, everyone wins.
Authenti-City
It is those who are truly in touch with the divine expression of their being who will most deeply feel the urge to be of service and use their intrinsic gifts to enlighten, uplift, comfort, and express compassion to all they come across.
Self-expression and self-worth. These are viewed as the top 2 values that lead to one’s happiness and success.
They result naturally from self-awareness, the recognition of the essence of one’s Divinity. Frank says they are the ultimate celebration of the Divine within.
Being of service then ensues. It’s the being that serves, not the doing. When you’re fully aligned with your being, whatever you do becomes an act of service.
Truly, the greatest service you can give to the world is by becoming the best version of yourself, the authentic you.
Playfulness
When we are playful, we are in the midst of our most highly creative expressions of ourselves; we are opening the channels to higher wisdom and guidance through the energetic flow that is created in the act of play. It causes us to drop barriers, cease trying to control, and simply allow an energetic flow of joyful expression. This is where you will truly find your most authentic nature, and your highest connection to the Divine wisdom.
Remember your childhood? All you cared about was play. With a robot or a doll in your hand, you were able to fantasize stories. Your paper airplane took you anywhere you want to go, even outer space!
What happened? As we grow in years, playfulness was replaced by seriousness. Frank observed that we become too focused on our problems, blinding us to anything else.
Even the so-called “goals” made us overlook what is already present in our lives.
We approach the game of life to “win” instead of play. In trying to win, we lose the true spirit of competition – the joy of connecting with others.
Let’s bring back the fun, kiddo!
Being in the Flow
If you express a desire or dream, allow yourself to believe that the Creator has heard you and that you will begin to receive some valuable guidance at any time. Building up excitement toward what’s to come, rather than picking apart whatever it is that you’ve created, is the hallmark of the joy of abundance and the full expression of one’s soul. Pull up the oars, trust the current, and simply dip the oars in occasionally to steer. Allow ease and flow into your life, and you will find that things will come much more easily to you.
“Row, row, row your boat.
Gently down the stream.
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily…”
You don’t see hard work in the lyrics because hard work is upstream. It’s hard when you row against the flow of life, which is always going downstream. Paddling against the current is like running on a treadmill. It leads nowhere.
It’s not merely going with the flow. It’s being in the flow. You trust that the current will carry you to where you’re destined to be.
Tosha Silver (author of Outrageous Openness) says we have to allow ourselves to be led by the Divine.
If the Divine has instilled those desires we have, then the Divine must also have some plan for bringing those desires to fulfillment.
We don’t make them happen by ourselves. We allow them to happen through us.
Same Job, Different Contracts
All beings are born with the spark of Divine within them; however, not all beings choose an incarnation in which they are conscious of this spark and can delve more deeply into it. This is by design; these beings who appear to be sleepwalking are vital to the balance of social structure on your planet; there cannot be Divine intelligence without ignorance, just as there cannot be enlightenment without unconsciousness.
We all signed-up for this life, but each of us has different soul contracts to fulfill. Not everyone is going to “awaken” in this lifetime. That’s part of the truth we have to embrace.
There are those who are born aware. Some will become aware soon. The rest will not.
It’s by design and there’s a purpose to it: we have to experience contrast. Without which we cannot know anything. No unconsciousness, no enlightenment.
We’re all serving each other. In Lao Tzu’s wisdom, “What is a good man but a bad man’s teacher?” Without the bad, we cannot know the good.
Living in a world of relative, our job then is to meet each other outside of judgment, beyond good and bad, or right and wrong. That’s where love is.
True Worship
And then there will be those who will heed the intuitive calling of the heart and soul that is acutely aware of this direct connection to Source energy and who will strive to honor that connection through the honoring of themselves, their lives, and their works. It is a fallacy to believe that Source requires an external sense of worship that involves a diminishing of the individual; rather, the true worship of Source is experienced through acts of self-love and self-care, expression of the gifts of the soul, and the sharing of the inner light of the individual, as these are true expressions of the Divine.
Frank tells us frankly, “We are not only connected to Source, we ARE Source in all of its infinite forms.”
We are the physical extension of Source. You and I are versions of the same God appearing in different forms. We are connected to God and to each other.
How can we become aware of this connection? Frank advises the spiritual practices of meditation, peaceful intention, and focus on the divine light within.
“Within,” for God is not outside of you. If you wish to honor and worship God, make love your religion and learn to love yourself.
You are Not Alone
It is important for you to understand that none of you is traveling this physical path alone, no matter what is reflected to you by your outside world. There are always angelic beings, guides, loved ones in spirit, and other beings whose purpose is to assist and uplift you as you travel the sometimes challenging road of your life.
One of my favorite passages from A Course in Miracles goes something like “If you knew who walks beside you on this path that you have chosen, fear would be impossible.”
Not only is God (Source) with us always, there are also angels, spirit guides and other awesome non-physical beings walking with us, guiding us in our human life experience.
I’ve personally encountered on many occasions (most of which I shared in the book) the obvious signs they sent me especially when I needed guidance and support.
And anyone can do this! Again, just a little willingness from us is all it takes. We’re not giving up our free will. We’re only learning to align it with God’s will.
This is how we build a relationship with God, our connection to Source. We learn to trust, have faith, and surrender.

Mission Possible: 10 Suggestions
You decided to incarnate in this place in time to fulfill certain missions of learning and enrichment of your soul. The blueprint of your life’s path has been set up in such a way to best support the types of learning that you have decided were best for the evolution of your soul being and the enhancement of your spirit.
- Listen to your intuition, or inner voice. Your intuition is the voice of your inner passions, desires, and gifts. Listen to its subtle cues on what actions to take and when to act on them.
- Embrace and honor your talents and gifts. What do you love doing in your childhood? What excites you? What keeps you fully engaged and absorbed when you’re doing it?
- Find the lessons and gifts in all experiences. Each and every moment offers gifts of learning, growth and expansion. What you’re going through is preparing you for what you’ve asked for.
- Write and/or journal. Expressing your innermost thoughts, feelings, and desires in a journal is a great way to connect to your true self.
- Be gentle with yourself. You cannot make a “wrong” choice, since within every choice is a set of potentials. Stop the blame. Drop the judgment.
- Avoid comparison. Different contracts remember? We have no idea what others are doing here. Focus on yourself. Let others be.
- Have fun. Don’t take it too seriously. Give yourself a break. Do something you enjoy. Have fun as often and as much as possible!
- Do not follow the beaten path. Don’t do what everyone else is doing. Be an innovator. Stretch the boundaries. Challenge the norm. You don’t have to break the rules. Bend them!
- Do not be afraid to ask for help. Asking for help from someone gives them a sense of purpose and a joy of being, of connecting with you. Find your tribe and interact with them.
- Ensure that love is part of all you do. When love is the basis of your actions, even the smallest act creates great impact. Let love use you.
Harness Your Power
In order to harness any power, it is essential that you are first aware of it. Acknowledgement of your divinity is an important component of connecting with the aspect of yourself that is a powerful creative force, capable of far more than you may imagine.
As you acknowledge this power, you will begin to understand that even when it is used in an unconscious way, it is a magnificent force, and so it would stand to reason that when you now choose to deliberately and intentionally go about creating that which you desire, the same forces will pull together to bring these desires into your physical reality. If you can get to the point where you can witness this wonder and delight, and find a way to have fun with it, then the energy will flow freely without the obstruction of your doubts and disbelief.
You’re not only human. You are divine! You are powerful!
You’re not a victim to your circumstances. Whatever weakens you is meant to strengthen you. Whatever challenges you is there to actualize your potential.
How do you harness your power? Here are some alien tips:
- Set a clear intention for what you’d like to become (clue: best version of you) and what you’d like to accomplish.
- Create a habit of observing and listening to your thoughts (clue: meditation).
- Assess your thoughts: are they aligned with your intentions? No? Change them. Create new thought patterns or beliefs that are more resonant with what you want to experience.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat.
And keep this Frank’s reminder: “It is in the moment of taking responsibility for your own happiness that your true power lies.”

Stop Thinking, Start Loving
Beyond the thinking brain lies the energetic nature of your being. Consider this: You would not rely on the physical nature of a wire to define its purpose; it is the electricity flowing through the wire that is the intrinsic truth of the nature of the wire. Without that energy, it is simply physical matter that takes up space. But with that energy, it is a conduit for light, for motion, for creative action. Your brain and the rest of your physical body are like that wire. While they are miraculous feats of creation in and of themselves, it is the energy that runs through them that defines the nature of their purpose.
What’s that energy? Love!
But we cannot think our way to love. So Frank advises us to stop figuring it all out. Our physical brain was not made for that. It’s only a processor that allows us to make sense of the physical experience. It’s not designed to grasp the non-physical nature of being.
Though amazing, the brain is still limited by the nature of its physicality, and therefore will also limit our experience if we solely rely on it.
When we use the brain and the physical body to serve their purpose, as conduit for love, that’s when we actualize our superhuman potential.
How do we tap into that? Again, the Source of love is always present within. Its energy is constantly flowing.
So plug yourself in and turn yourself on!
